Killer App?: Six String
I love video games. I play them all the time, usually when I’m supposed to be writing incisive musical commentary about all of Third World Timmy’s favorite new 30 Seconds To Mars songs. So when someone emailed me about a new guitar game called Six String, I was understandably psyched – the two activities that I love the most (and actually do the worst), combined into one thing that I can download onto my iPhone and fool around with while I’m not sleeping at my day job? Count me in! There’s just one problem: I don’t have an iPhone. (I have something, ahem, better.) But: my good friend Mr. 51% does, and he’s trying the game right now, putting all of his legendary guitar skills to the test. He’ll write a review when he’s determined whether the game meets the criteria for what I’ve heard nerds call “killer apps,” but for now you can check out this video of Chris Carrabba playing “Hands Down,” one of his own compositions:

30STM is the shit and YOU KNOW IT
Does this mean the winter olympics are here again? (If Mr. 51% is contributing again)
